About Us

Our Story

It is our mission to create a world-class brand and experience. It requires more than hope and a great idea; it is our belief that the old adage “teamwork makes the dream work” is of the utmost importance, and is the core of The Ave’s values.

By joining forces, Nathan and Zech use their decades of experience and proven categorical excellence to create a first-class wellness facility, encompassing physical training, repair and recovery, and longevity coaching. Designed for even the most discerning individuals, The Ave provides state-of-the-art equipment and critically-trained elite physical trainers. Our focus is to assist our clients to reach their goals by providing only the best.

Transforming Your Body One Session at a Time

We provide all the benefits of one-on-one personal training, in a luxury gym setting! There are no crowded gyms or strangers bugging you for machines at The Ave Luxe, because we are a members only gym that operates with personal trainers only.

That means the gym is never packed and you never have to worry about overlapping machines or workouts with someone else. You get the camaraderie and motivation of fellow clients working to reach similar goals as you.

The Ave Luxe trainers push you, motivate you and support you to elevate your fitness routine and exceed your personal expectations. You won’t believe the level of results you can achieve with The Ave Luxe until you experience it for yourself.

Zechariah was 12 years old and weighed 76lbs when he first picked up a dumbbell. Being the youngest of three brothers he had a clear physical disadvantage if he was going to earn an athletic scholarship and over the next three years Zechariah became obsessed with testing his abilities.

On a normal summer day, he would run a mile to the gym, lift weights for 2-3 hours (NOT recommended),

Nathan’s life story truly begins in 2008 upon the catastrophic passing of his father, business partner and best friend. At the time, he weighed an astonishing 525 pounds. Facing the choice to collapse or rise, Nathan chose to forge the path of least traveled – to change his life in every way for the better. Battling through extreme adversity, Nathan lost over 300 pounds within two years and reached personal and business successes; once only a dream.
