Wellness is a journey and a lifestyle, not an objective or destination. Taking care of your body in order to not just participate, but excel in the activities that you enjoy is essential when it comes to achieving your goals, enhancing your overall well-being and living happily.
As a physical therapist, I have the privilege of meeting and working with people and athletes from all walks of life, all with different stories and with different goals. Helping people change their pain, by empowering them with the ability to pursue their fitness objectives with a better understanding of how the body is supposed to move, and how to efficiently take care of themselves is extremely rewarding.
I want to help you understand why something hurts, guide you through the process of how to correct it, and most importantly, teach you how to continue to care for yourself; because the key to wellness is self management.
You must learn to move well before you move often. Learning how to control movement properly is fundamental in order to decrease the risk of injury and safely increase strength.
Taking care of yourself requires effort. Invest in your wellness!
Recovery must match the training!
Recovery is frequently the most forgotten about, misunderstood and sacrificed part of a wellness regimen. Effort goes into a workout program and discipline is displayed to follow a strict diet, but people often think that rest is recovery, and although rest is important, it’s only a small piece to the recovery puzzle. Recovery is an active process, it takes effort.

Pablo believes the country needs a “ Rebirth “ in the way we think about “Life” and “Health.” The “Rebirth” begins with developing the RIGHT side of our brain that controls relative, flexible, and floating emotions which are intimately related to: Relaxation=Centralization=Movement. Currently 80% of society is Left brained which corresponds to Strain=Rigidity=Diffusion. These emotions create an imbalanced and unhealthy body.
Pablo has various platforms, which include customized private training, group venue training, and health modalities such as Yoga, Exercise (Cross fit, Resistance Training, Calisthenic), Nutritional and Diet Programs, Stress Reduction Programs (Meditation), and Mobility Movements.
Taking over his small family business and scaling it to a national powerhouse, creating many new businesses, and growing a domestic and international real estate and investment portfolio; today, Nathan continues to drive himself and all of his businesses and ventures to be the absolute best with a relentless pursuit of growth and success.
Making health and fitness part of his lifestyle is a large contributing factor to where he is today.
Zechariah was 12 years old and weighed 76lbs when he first picked up a dumbbell. Being the youngest of three brothers he had a clear physical disadvantage if he was going to earn an athletic scholarship and over the next three years Zechariah became obsessed with testing his abilities.
On a normal summer day, he would run a mile to the gym, lift weights for 2-3 hours (NOT recommended), then would play a pick up basketball, football or soccer game until late night, to then run back home to do it all over again the following day.
On rest days, he would wait until the late night hours to ride his bike to a local golf course, turn up his favorite techno playlist and race through the pitch black course until he popped out on the other end of the course to recover under the streetlights – all 18 holes.
As a result, he doubled his weight in three short years, became a nationally ranked track & field competitor in multiple events & was nominated most athletic before signing a Track scholarship to Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. His journey continued for a short period until his injuries finally caught up to him. It was only in his brokenness that he found purpose.
“When I first received the news that I could no longer run at a competitive level my heart shattered. But after a season of self-reflection I discovered the reason behind my madness. It was never about physical fitness but about earning my own self-respect.”
Zechariah started his training career in 2013 with the intention to one day own his own gym. Over the years he immersed himself in education seminars around the country to learn how to better serve his clients and continues to do so even today.
If you were to ask him today why he does what he does, he will tell you,
“My whole life has been filled with others helping get back on my feet. I feel it is my responsibility to help others get back on theirs.”
“When you are born we look like our parents. But when we die we look like our decisions.”
I have one simple goal: to deliver my vision + 1%
My vision is to serve at the highest level. I found I can only do that by creating an avenue for other health and fitness professionals to become the best versions of themselves – therefore serve their clients at the highest level.
Welcome to The Avenue Luxe.
